Refunds & Cancellation
Our policy for digital titles bought from The Ledger.

Digital products
Titles in The Ledger are digital PDFs issued in your name the moment your purchase is complete. Because a personalised copy cannot be returned, purchases are not refundable once the title has been downloaded, except as described below.
When we will refund
- Payment taken twice for the same title: the duplicate is refunded in full.
- Download failure: if you cannot download your title and we cannot fix it within 3 working days, you get a full refund.
- Wrong or damaged file: we'll send a correct copy; if we can't, you get a full refund.
- Not yet downloaded: if you change your mind before downloading, write to us within 7 days of payment for a full refund.
Cancellation
An order can be cancelled for a full refund any time before the title is downloaded. If verification of your registration is not completed, any payment taken is refunded in full.
How to ask
Email anupam.jaiswal@clslaw.in within 7 days of payment with your name, the title and your payment reference. We reply within 2 working days.
Timing
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
