Who we are

What we collect
- Contact details: your name, email and, if you give it, mobile number.
- Professional details: specialty, medical council and registration number, and the registration certificate you send us for verification.
- Purchase records: titles bought, amounts, dates and payment reference numbers. Card and bank details are handled by our payment partner, not by us.
- Basic technical data: such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and working.
Why we use it
- To verify that you are a registered medical professional.
- To deliver the titles you buy, issue receipts and provide support.
- To personalise each PDF with your name and a purchase ID.
- To tell you about new titles and episodes, if you have asked us to. You can opt out at any time.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
How we protect it
Registration certificates and purchase records are kept in private storage with access limited to the people who need it. We never sell your data.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers who help us run CLS (such as payment processing, email and hosting), under their own security and confidentiality obligations, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Verification documents are kept while your access is active and deleted within 12 months after you ask us to close your account, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask to see, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance. Write to anupam.jaiswal@clslaw.in and we'll respond promptly.

Please never send us identifiable patient information.
